This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in your work-life balance. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a diversified team of mental health professionals from the comfort of your home office. While this is a remote position, you may also be involved in occasional onsite meetings at our outpatient facility located in Brockton, ensuring a blend of virtual and in-person interactions as necessary.

Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments of clients presenting mood disorder symptoms by evaluating their intensity, frequency, and duration. Utilize structured interviews and standardized questionnaires as part of the evaluation process.

  Develop individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based, aligning with each client's specific needs and therapeutic goals, integrating methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clinician in this role will focus primarily on clients experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Servicing a diverse clientele, you will bring your empathy and understanding to support individuals from varied backgrounds and life experiences, facilitating transformative growth and healing.

  Must possess a current and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.
