Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to determine the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms, ensuring a deep understanding of their unique experiences.

• Collaborate with clients to craft individualized treatment plans that align with their personal goals, preferences, and needs, employing a client-centered approach.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support clients in managing their symptoms effectively.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care strategies that promote overall well-being.

• Monitor and document client progress consistently, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as clients evolve in their therapeutic journey.
