Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

• A profound understanding of mental health disorders, along with familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Experience providing both individual and group therapy services, integrating culturally responsive practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
