Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients presenting with mood disorders, determining the intensity, frequency, and duration of symptoms to inform treatment strategies.

• Develop, implement, and modify personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, preferences, and evolving needs using evidence-based methodologies.

• Employ proven therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address individual and group needs effectively.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices, empowering them during their recovery journey.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for clients, addressing both psychological and medical aspects of wellness.

• Stay updated on current research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

Qualifications\n
