Key Responsibilities\n

• Client Sessions: Conduct one-on-one video chat sessions with clients, focusing on enhancing their mental health through evidence-based practices tailored to their unique needs.

• Emotional Insight: Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to express their thoughts and feelings, helping them gain valuable insights into their emotions and relationships.

• Client Advocacy: Act as a staunch advocate for clients, guiding them in the identification and formulation of personal goals for therapy.

• Assessment and Treatment Planning: Evaluate clients’ mental health conditions and develop individualized treatment plans employing solution-focused approaches based on your clinical expertise.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with organizational standards and regulations.

• Team Collaboration: Participate in regular team meetings to discuss case management, share insights, and contribute to the overall development of clinical practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be serving a diverse population of adults who present with low-acuity mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, and stress management. Our clients are typically seeking stabilization and support rather than intensive crisis intervention, allowing you to focus on empowering them with coping strategies and self-management skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An independent clinical license such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Proficiency in computer literacy , including familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with remote counseling or teletherapy practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
