This role is positioned in an outpatient office framework, where the majority of interactions will take place via telehealth technologies. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based remote psychotherapy sessions, focusing on client-centered approaches that fit each participant’s specific needs.

• Regularly monitor participant progress, document detailed session notes in our electronic health record (EHR) system, and communicate follow-up care recommendations.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to assist participants in accessing necessary resources and navigating consent and authorization forms.

• Assess and respond to high-risk client scenarios by implementing safety protocols to ensure participant well-being.
\n
• Participate in continuous professional development through regular meetings with supervisors and attend team gatherings to exchange best practices.

• Adhere to HIPAA regulations to maintain confidentiality and security of all clinical records and client interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on diverse populations seeking mental health support. Clients may present with a range of concerns, from anxiety and depression to more complex emotional and behavioral issues. Through structured, evidence-based interventions, you will empower participants to develop actionable skills and foster healthy, lifelong habits necessary for their mental wellness journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• The ability to commit to a consistent work schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, to ensure reliable care for clients.
