Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of clients' mental health conditions, employing standardized tools and interviews to collect vital information.

• Develop and manage personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, preferences, and progress, while monitoring their effectiveness.

• Facilitate engaging and evidence-based therapy sessions using a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Assist clients in identifying and exploring their coping strategies, refining skills to manage symptoms, and addressing life challenges effectively.

• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards by maintaining accurate and confidential client records in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Participate in regular supervision and staff meetings, sharing insights and case consultations to enhance your clinical skills and continue professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with adults dealing with a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Your expertise will empower clients to gain insight, build resilience, and improve their mental health while receiving personalized support tailored to their specific situations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• An independent license (LMFT, LPC, or LICSW) issued by the Washington State Board of Behavioral Health is mandatory. Limited or provisional licenses will not be accepted.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster a trusting relationship with clients.

• Strong computer literacy skills, with familiarity using electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n
