Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions and develop tailored therapeutic interventions.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that may encompass a blend of traditional and alternative therapeutic approaches.

• Facilitating supportive counseling sessions, encouraging open dialogue and emotional expression among patients and caregivers.

• Maintaining confidentiality in adherence to ethical guidelines, thereby building trust with clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily support cancer patients and their families during various stages of their journey, which includes the phases of diagnosis, treatment, survivorship, and end-of-life care. Your role will focus on providing compassionate support and guidance that addresses the psychological and emotional aspects of living with a cancer diagnosis.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice and a clean record with no history of Medical Malpractice Claims, verified by a Third Party.

• Eligibility and authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
