This full-time, remote position is suitable for licensed professionals, including Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), and Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC). In this role, you will provide essential mental health support to individuals facing diverse challenges, such as mental health concerns, substance use disorders, and family issues, all while building meaningful therapeutic relationships to promote healing and recovery.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to understand consumers’ needs and craft appropriate treatment plans.

• Provide crisis intervention services as necessary, working swiftly to assess and de-escalate clients in distress.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and addiction recovery professionals, to facilitate referrals for clients requiring additional support.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to deliver individualized therapy sessions, addressing issues such as low self-esteem, family dynamics, addiction behavior, and suicidal ideations.
\n
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes to inform the continuous improvement of care strategies.

• Engage with family members of clients, as appropriate, to foster a support network and monitor behavioral changes and treatment responses.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LICSW in the State of Washington.

• No history of Medical Malpractice Claims, verified by a third party.
\n
• Authorization to work in the United States.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients compassionately.

• Experience with telehealth platforms preferred.

• Prior experience in a community health clinic or similar setting.

• Experience working with diverse populations, including underrepresented communities.
