Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide remote mental health care to participants through structured evidence-based programs tailored to their individual needs.

• Monitor participant progress meticulously, ensuring effective follow-up communications, care coordination recommendations, and thorough documentation of session notes.

• Collaborate as an integral member of our care team, assisting clients with resource accessibility, ensuring the completion of necessary consent and authorization forms.

• Identify and swiftly respond to high-risk situations, implementing company protocols to ensure participant safety.
\n
• Engage in regular supervisory meetings and monthly team gatherings to enhance communication and foster professional development.

• Maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines and complete all necessary annual training requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and present a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional or psychological issues. Your expertise will empower them to develop actionable skills and achieve sustainable habits necessary for improving their mental health. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or equivalent.

• Current and unrestricted license as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A commitment to maintaining a consistent schedule, providing 40 hours of patient care per week from Monday to Friday.

Preferred Experience\n

• Clinical experience in providing psychotherapy utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other solution-focused therapeutic techniques.
