Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide remote clinical care within an evidence-based program framework, delivering interventions and counseling via telehealth platforms.

• Regularly monitor participant progress, communicate follow-up recommendations, and maintain detailed session documentation to track therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate as an integral member of a multidisciplinary care team, assisting clients in accessing necessary resources, and managing consent and authorization processes.
\n
• Assess and address high-risk encounters while ensuring participant safety, adhering to established protocols when managing elevated safety concerns.
\n
• Actively participate in scheduled team meetings, supervision sessions, and organizational Town Halls that foster a connected and engaged workforce.
\n
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring compliance through annual training and ongoing education.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will interact with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will provide essential skills-building and behavioral interventions, enabling clients to develop sustainable coping strategies and healthier life habits. We focus on delivering personalized care that seeks to transform clients' lives, ensuring they feel heard, empowered, and supported.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or an equivalent field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in relevant states.

• Ability to maintain a consistent schedule with availability for 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Preferred Experience\n

• Clinical experience with knowledge of and practical application of psychotherapy methodologies, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other solution-focused approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
