Key Responsibilities\n

• Work collaboratively with clients and their families to monitor behavioral changes, treatment progress, and necessary adjustments in therapeutic plans.

• Offer crisis intervention and management services to clients experiencing acute distress.
\n
• Deliver both in-person and telehealth counseling sessions, ensuring a personalized therapeutic experience for each client.

• Participate in and contribute to clinical meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Maintain compliance with state and federal privacy laws, ensuring confidentiality in all client interactions.

• Engage in continuous learning by attending training sessions, conferences, and workshops related to mental health.

• Fulfill all licensure requirements and stay informed on best practices and innovations in mental health care.

• Assist in supervision and mentoring of junior staff and interns, fostering a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in a human services field such as psychology, social work, or counseling.

• Active licensure in the District of Columbia as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
