Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality remote care through evidence-based therapeutic programs, utilizing platforms designed for effective teletherapy sessions.

• Monitor participant progress through individualized treatment plans, offering follow-up communications and care coordination recommendations to ensure the highest level of care.

• Actively participate in multi-disciplinary care teams, assisting clients with resource access and ensuring all necessary consent and authorization forms are obtained appropriately.

• Proactively identify and respond to high-risk participant encounters, following established protocols for safety and crisis intervention.

• Engage in regular supervision meetings, monthly team discussions, and company-wide Town Halls to foster collaboration and share best practices.

• Uphold strict confidentiality standards in compliance with HIPAA Privacy & Security policies, ensuring all necessary annual training requirements are met.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve interacting with a diverse client population, including individuals grappling with various mental health challenges. You will provide support to those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, focusing on actionable skills development and helping them establish healthy, life-long habits. Your compassionate approach will be crucial in guiding clients toward their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• Current and unrestricted credentials as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or an equivalent field is required.

• Proven ability to maintain a consistent patient schedule, with availability for up to 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Preferred Experience\n

• Clinical experience utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other solution-focused interventions.

• Prior experience working in a telehealth setting is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
