Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat to assess and enhance the mental well-being of clients.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to encourage clients to explore their emotions and experiences, fostering self-awareness and insight.

• Act as a dedicated advocate for clients, helping them to articulate and define their personal and therapeutic goals.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health conditions and develop targeted treatment plans utilizing a solution-focused approach.

• Regularly document patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with relevant policies and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse adult population facing a range of stable and low-acuity mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a closely related field.

• Current independent licensure, such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Strong proficiency with digital platforms and telehealth technologies to provide effective virtual counseling services.

Preferred Experience\n

Ideal candidates will possess previous experience providing counseling services in a remote setting, along with a strong foundation in various therapeutic modalities. Demonstrated competence in developing and implementing treatment plans is highly desirable. Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, depending on hours worked and experience. As a full-time counselor, you will also receive a monthly healthcare stipend to support your health and wellness needs.
