You will work with a diverse client population that has been pre-screened and is characterized by stability and low acuity. This enables you to focus exclusively on providing excellent therapeutic care without the added pressures associated with high-risk cases. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Possession of an active and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). Please note: We cannot accept applicants who are interns or hold limited permits requiring supervision for individual therapy.

• Demonstrated ability to independently manage a caseload, schedule appointments, and handle client case management efficiently.
\n
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are necessary to build rapport and deliver effective client care.

• No history of disciplinary actions on your license.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience conducting teletherapy and familiarity with various digital platforms for therapy delivery.

The compensation range for this role is competitive, with full-time counselors earning between USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually .
