Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality remote mental health care through structured, evidence-based programs tailored to each participant's needs.

• Monitor participant progress diligently, providing follow-up communications, care coordination recommendations, and thorough documentation of session notes.

• Work collaboratively as part of the care team, assisting participants in accessing necessary resources, including obtaining consents and authorization forms.

• Proactively identify and respond to high-risk participant situations that present safety concerns, ensuring adherence to company protocols for crisis intervention.

• Engage in regular meetings with clinical supervisors, participate in monthly team meetings, and contribute to company-wide Town Halls to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA Privacy & Security policies, alongside ensuring compliance with annual training requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will directly impact a diverse client population seeking mental health support. You will engage with individuals facing various mental health challenges, focusing on empowering them to develop actionable skills that foster lifelong positive change. This population may include adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders, all of whom require a caring and skilled approach to treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or an equivalent field.

• Current/unrestricted licensure as either a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), valid within your state.

• Ability to maintain a consistent schedule of 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, ensuring availability for patient sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Clinical experience utilizing evidenced-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other solution-focused methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
