Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to inform individualized treatment planning.

• Create and implement person-centered treatment plans tailored to meet each client's unique needs and preferences.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, submitting all relevant records within 48 hours post-service delivery to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

• Provide emergency support according to the established after-hours on-call schedule, serving as a crucial resource for clients in crisis.
\n
• Participate actively in programmatic meetings including clinical supervision and staff meetings, contributing to the continuous improvement of services.
\n
• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to clients presenting with various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders.

• Coordinate with inter-agency program providers to deliver integrated and comprehensive care, ensuring clients have access to necessary resources.
\n
• Prepare thorough discharge summaries that reflect client progress and future recommendations.
\n
• Conduct therapy sessions with clients in individual, family, or group formats, adapting to their specific therapeutic needs.
\n
• Establish referral pathways and communicate effectively with other providers regarding client progress and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a human services-related field is required.

• Current licensure in the District of Columbia as either an LPC, LICSW, or LMFT is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
