As a telehealth provider, you will utilize electronic platforms and tools for conducting therapy sessions, managing documentation, and accessing community resources. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop personalized, client-centered treatment plans that address the specific needs of clients.

• Maintain detailed clinical documentation, ensuring that notes and reports are completed and submitted within 48 hours of service delivery.

• Provide emergency support and crisis intervention as needed, following the established after-hours on-call schedule.
\n
• Participate in programmatic meetings, including clinical supervision and team meetings, to discuss case management and therapeutic strategies.
\n
• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to clients presenting with a range of issues such as substance abuse, anxiety, trauma, depression, and adjustment disorders.
\n
• Work collaboratively with inter-agency program providers to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for all clients.
\n
• Prepare effective discharge summaries and transition plans as clients progress in their treatment.
\n
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy tailored to the unique dynamics of each client.
\n
• Coordinate referrals and maintain ongoing communication with referral sources regarding client progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with a diverse population, providing therapy to adults and adolescents facing various mental health challenges. Your understanding of different life stages and the associated psychological concerns will enable you to build rapport and effectively address the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a human services-related field is required.

• Must hold an active and unrestricted license in the District of Columbia as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is essential; training will be provided for those less acquainted.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience working in telehealth settings and familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities can significantly enhance your effectiveness in this role. Additionally, a background in crisis intervention and group therapy will be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n
