Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family counseling sessions to address a range of mental health issues.

• Administer comprehensive psychosocial assessments to develop and oversee tailored treatment plans for each client.

• Guide clients through the intake process, navigating emotional challenges while gathering essential personal information.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including the clinical director and support staff, to enhance client care.

• Identify and analyze negative behavioral patterns in clients by conducting in-depth personal inquiries during therapy sessions.

• Support clients in effectively managing their addictions, providing them with the tools to tackle harmful behaviors.

• Document client progress meticulously to ensure continuity of care and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Administer random drug tests when required and facilitate therapy sessions focused on addiction and recovery.

• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and their families, offering support and guidance throughout the therapeutic process.

• Complete additional duties as assigned that contribute to the overall goals of the organization.

Qualifications\n

• A valid mental health counselor license (LPC, LMFT, LICSW) as mandated by state regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
