Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, developing personalized treatment plans tailored to individual challenges such as low self-esteem, relationship issues, addiction, and crisis situations.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress to evaluate treatment effectiveness, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing collaboration with clients’ families, promoting inclusive support systems and monitoring behavioral changes together.

• Provide crisis intervention and support as required, employing immediate therapeutic techniques to manage acute conditions and ensure client safety.

• Deliver quality telehealth services while also being prepared to offer in-person consultations whenever necessary, addressing the varied preferences and needs of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a diverse population, including individuals facing a variety of mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders. We also support clients with intellectual disabilities and those experiencing significant life challenges. The ability to understand and empathize with people from different backgrounds is essential in this role, as is the commitment to helping them overcome barriers to their mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• LBE either as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• No history of medical malpractice claims, validated through third-party verification.
\n
• Authorized to work in the United States.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience in direct clinical practice with diverse populations in outpatient settings.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and providing virtual counseling services.
\n
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and interventions, along with proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000, which is based on your caseload and experience.
