Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions to clients, tailored to their unique needs and preferences.

• Conducting clinical assessments to formulate comprehensive, person-centered treatment plans.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation within 48 hours of service delivery, ensuring adherence to HIPAA guidelines and organizational standards.

• Preparing discharge summaries that outline client progress and ongoing needs.
\n
• Coordinating with community resources and inter-agency providers to ensure our clients receive comprehensive care and support.
\n
• Offering emergency support during scheduled on-call hours, addressing client crises promptly and effectively.
\n
• Participating in scheduled meetings, including clinical supervision and team briefings, to foster collaboration and share best practices.

• Staying informed about and implementing evidence-based practices to assist clients dealing with issues such as substance abuse, trauma, anxiety, and depression.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will primarily consist of adults and adolescents requiring tailored mental health services. This role demands a thorough understanding of varying mental health concerns and the ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to meet each client's specific context. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in a human services-related field.

• Current licensure in the State of Washington as an LPC, LMFT, or LICSW.
