Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake interviews and diagnostic assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, including tools like Gains, Locus, and Crisis Planning.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments, ensuring a targeted approach to each client's issues and recovery trajectory.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention and diversion services as needed, effectively managing acute situations and offering immediate support.
\n
• Work collaboratively with clients and their families, facilitating discussions to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans where necessary.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, utilizing Electronic Health Records (EHR) for documentation.
\n
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities, fostering continued learning and collaboration.
\n
• Engage in after-hours on-call services to ensure clients receive support beyond standard operating hours.
\n
• Advise and guide clients facing challenges such as low self-esteem, family dysfunction, substance use, and suicidal ideation towards healthier coping mechanisms.

• Supervise and support junior therapists and interns to ensure quality service delivery and adherence to agency standards.
\n
• Provide case management and advocacy, linking clients with necessary community resources and support systems.

In your role, you will work with a diverse clientele encompassing various socioeconomic backgrounds, sexual orientations, and ethnicities. Qualifications\n

• Valid license in the District of Columbia as an LPC, LMFT, or LICSW.

• A Master’s degree in a human services-related field is required.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective interactions with colleagues, clients, and external organizations.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems for client documentation.

• A history of providing both in-person and telehealth services in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
