This role is 100% remote, allowing counselors to work from any location, thus promoting a balanced work-life schedule. You will be part of a collaborative environment where team members can exchange ideas, share experiences, and receive support in a low-pressure setting. There is no on-call requirement, giving you more control over your work schedule. The outpatient office model further facilitates contact with a diverse clientele from various backgrounds seeking mental health support.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one virtual therapy sessions through video chat, providing an accessible and safe platform for clients to discuss their mental health.

• Facilitate discussions with clients, encouraging them to explore their emotions, thoughts, and experiences, ultimately guiding them toward greater self-awareness and better interpersonal relationships.

• Act as a client advocate, assisting individuals in establishing and articulating their personal goals while helping them navigate the therapeutic process.

• Perform thorough assessments of clients’ mental health conditions, devising and implementing tailored treatment plans that employ evidence-based strategies and incorporate a solution-focused approach based on your professional expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on adult clients experiencing low-acuity mental health issues. Our aim is to assist individuals by equipping them with the necessary skills and coping strategies to manage their conditions, thereby enhancing their daily functioning and quality of life.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this position, candidates must meet the following educational and licensing requirements:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling is essential.

• Possession of one of the following independent licenses is mandatory:

Compensation and Benefits\n
