Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify individual needs and challenges faced by children and adolescents.

• Deliver various therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy, group sessions, and family therapy, aimed at addressing complex mental health issues.

• Offer crisis intervention services during emergencies, providing immediate support and guidance to young individuals and their families.

• Educate patients, caregivers, and families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, coping strategies, and community resources to foster understanding and empowerment.

• Ensure adherence to legal, ethical, and confidentiality standards through meticulous documentation using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate actively in team consultations, case discussions, and continuing education opportunities to enhance professional skills and stay updated with industry advancements.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in a related field.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Strong understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders along with proficiency in evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Demonstrated experience providing individual and family therapy to youth in a clinical setting.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and build rapport with children, adolescents, and their families.

• A collaborative spirit and a strong desire to contribute positively to a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n
