Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver a comprehensive array of mental health services through telehealth, utilizing video or phone sessions to connect with patients effectively.

• Conduct thorough intakes to gather necessary information on new clients, providing a foundation for personalized treatment approaches.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions as needed, adapting methodologies based on the client’s needs and goals.

• Perform mental health assessments and develop detailed, individualized treatment plans that align with each client's unique circumstances and mental health needs.

• Document client interactions and therapeutic progress in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with clinical guidelines and maintaining quality care records.

• Engage in regular supervisory sessions and ongoing professional development to enhance skill sets and knowledge in the field of mental health.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to provide comprehensive care for clients.

• Advocate for your clients’ mental health needs, guiding them toward additional resources or referrals when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Remote Mental Health Therapist, you will work closely with a diverse client population, including adolescents and adults coping with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your role will encompass fostering relationships with clients, understanding their experiences, and supporting them in their healing processes, thereby contributing to their overall recovery and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling (LPCC), Social Work (LCSW), or Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) from an accredited institution.

• Possession of active licensure in California as either an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT, ensuring adherence to state regulations and professional standards.

Preferred Experience\n

• Ideally, a minimum of 2 to 4 years of clinical experience working directly with individuals dealing with mental and behavioral health issues, particularly those with co-occurring disorders.

• Experience in counseling, individual, and group therapy, especially in remote settings that require strong communication skills.

• A background in substance abuse treatment is a plus, providing additional understanding for a segment of our clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive salary range of USD 120,000 – 130,000 per year, reflective of your education, experience, and contributions to patient care.
