Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate daily with fellow therapists, psychiatrists, and other health professionals remotely to ensure a cohesive, comprehensive approach to patient care that addresses the emotional, social, and psychological aspects of clients' well-being.

• Provide immediate virtual support to families facing acute crises, utilizing telehealth methods to stabilize situations and mediate conflicts through effective online communication techniques.

• Create detailed and personalized treatment plans based on thorough virtual assessments, continually monitoring client progress and making necessary adjustments to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions through secured telehealth platforms, employing various therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavioral Therapy, and Psychotherapy to cater to the specific needs of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals and families from various backgrounds experiencing mental health challenges and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Must hold an active State licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC within the state of California.

• A minimum of three years of direct experience in the mental health field, demonstrating a solid proficiency in therapeutic techniques and approaches.

• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth software and managing multiple technological platforms for virtual therapy sessions is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 , commensurate with experience.
