Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage actively in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing to treatment planning and collaborative discussions that directly enhance client care.

• Be responsive to client needs through flexible scheduling, including both telemedicine and in-person sessions as necessary and appropriate.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage primarily with a diverse clientele consisting of children, adolescents, and their families. Many clients face challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral issues, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Washington.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience providing therapy services, particularly with children and adolescents.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
