Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a positive, trusting relationship with patients to facilitate effective therapy.

• Diagnose mental health disorders through detailed assessments and evidence-based practices.

• Conduct regular therapy sessions, both individual and group, to guide patients through their treatment journeys.

Qualifications\n

• Valid State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle administrative responsibilities alongside client care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
