Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

• Ensure timely attendance to all scheduled appointments, demonstrating professionalism and respect for clients' time and commitment.

• Provide treatment for a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, relationship conflicts, and grief, using a holistic and integrative approach.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive treatment, providing consultation and sharing best practices in psychological care.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical documentation in alignment with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards to support continuity of care.

• Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay current with best practices and methodologies in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele, including individuals from different cultural backgrounds and family structures. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Oregon.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience working with individuals and families.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
