Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of symptoms associated with mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety.

• Collaborate with clients to formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and goals, promoting a client-centered approach at all times.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate positive client outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care techniques to enhance their understanding and encourage active participation in their recovery journey.

• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes and follow up on their mental health journey.

• Coordination with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals is expected to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, maintaining confidentiality and respect for all clients.

• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings, contributing to a culture of learning and professional growth.

• Advocate for the needs of clients, particularly those affected by mental health stigma, ensuring they receive the support necessary for recovery.

This role primarily serves individuals experiencing mood disorders, including those who are homeless, refugees, and victims of domestic violence. Qualifications\n
