As part of our remote team, you will have the flexibility to set your schedule within the standard working hours of Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Our work culture emphasizes collaboration and communication, making you feel a part of a community even while working from home. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses and develop tailored treatment plans that align with client needs.

• Maintain a consistent caseload of 25-30 client visits weekly while ensuring comprehensive documentation, including diagnosing, treatment plan reviews, and case notes as per company policy.

• Foster an environment of excellent customer service by working collaboratively with clients and other professionals to meet our mission of bridging gaps in community mental health services.

• Utilize innovative therapeutic techniques and interventions to help clients set and exceed their personal goals.

• Prepare and manage documentation for each session, ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines and facilitating effective treatment delivery.

• Coordinate care with case managers, families, school staff, and other healthcare professionals to provide a holistic approach to client treatment.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
