Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients in individual or family therapy sessions to identify mental health challenges and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address issues including anxiety, depression, grief, substance use, interpersonal conflicts, and behavioral concerns.

• Facilitate therapy sessions efficiently, ensuring that clients are seen promptly during their scheduled appointments.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
