Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions that cater to the specific needs and concerns of clients, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Collaborate effectively with families, healthcare professionals, and community resources to coordinate comprehensive care and improve client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation, including therapy notes and treatment plans, in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic standards.

• Conduct clinical assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that promote healing and personal growth.

• Engage in regular supervision and consultation meetings to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about new best practices in the field of marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position involves working with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds and experiences. You'll provide support for a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma recovery, and other behavioral health issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
