Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs to inform effective treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

• Engage in one-on-one therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and client-centered approaches.

• Collaborate with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals, regularly reviewing and adjusting treatment plans based on their progress and feedback.

• Offer teletherapy services to clients who may face barriers to accessing traditional in-person care, ensuring a seamless and respectful virtual experience.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to uphold ethical standards and ensure continuity of care.
\n
• Participate in ongoing professional development by attending training sessions and workshops to enhance clinical skills and stay informed of the latest treatment modalities and research.

Qualifications\n

• Valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Prior telehealth experience is preferred, though not mandatory; training will be provided.
