Work Environment\n

This is a full-time remote position, allowing you to manage your schedule with flexibility. While working from home, you will serve clients in an outpatient setting and will maintain regular engagement with a supportive team. Our hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., enabling a balanced work-life integration. You will have the autonomy to structure your client sessions while adhering to company policies and protocols, promoting an environment conducive to personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate client mental health status, formulating detailed treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

  Manage a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, providing effective therapy sessions that adhere to best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will work with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, couples, and whole families. You will engage with clients facing various mental health challenges, including stressors related to relationships, family dynamics, addiction, and transitions in life. Qualifications\n

  Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
