Key Responsibilities\n

The responsibilities of the Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist include but are not limited to:

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms presented by clients.

• Collaborate with clients to develop customized treatment plans that align with their individual goals, preferences, and needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate recovery.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders and treatment options, providing continuous support and guidance in self-care practices.

• Track client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as needed based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to continuously improve therapeutic strategies.

• Maintain thorough, confidential documentation according to legal and ethical guidelines.
