Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and provide personalized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate meaningful therapeutic conversations and interventions, including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy and systemic therapy.

• Work flexibly by determining the number of clients you wish to see, allowing you to create a manageable caseload.

• Collaborate with our marketing team to develop strategies that enhance your caseload through community outreach and educational initiatives.

• Rely on our streamlined systems that allow for instant verification of client insurance benefits, ensuring your access to providing care is efficient and hassle-free.

• Engage in regular multidisciplinary team meetings to share best practices and support each other in delivering high-quality mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will include working with a diverse range of patients, including individuals and families from various cultural backgrounds. Each case uniquely presents its challenges, and your ability to build rapport quickly will be crucial in establishing a therapeutic alliance. You will guide clients through issues such as marital conflict, parenting stress, emotional distress, and personal growth, helping them navigate their mental health journey effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to connect with clients and provide clear documentation of care.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, candidates with prior experience in telehealth or remote therapy settings will be favored. Familiarity with digital client management tools and electronic health record (EHR) systems will enhance your transition into this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
