Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage actively in Child and Family team meetings, contributing valuable insights to treatment planning, progress reviews, and educational sessions to ensure collaborative care.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop tailored treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs, ensuring all documentation—such as treatment updates and discharge reports—are accurately completed and submitted within established timeframes.

• Safeguard client confidentiality rigorously, ensuring all records are maintained with the highest standards of safety and privacy.

• Utilize expertise in diagnosing conditions affecting children and adolescents, employing evidence-based methodologies to inform treatment decisions.

• Design and implement innovative treatment strategies that effectively address the emotional and behavioral needs of younger clients, fostering a nurturing therapeutic environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client population served includes children and adolescents facing a myriad of emotional challenges, as well as their families seeking guidance and support. As an LMFT at Wellpath Counseling, you will provide critical services that support healthy family dynamics, address issues such as trauma and behavioral concerns, and promote overall mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field, equipping you with the foundational knowledge and skills essential for this role.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of clinical experience practicing as a licensed LMFT, demonstrating proficiency in family systems theory and counseling techniques.

• Familiarity with current theories and research related to personality development, individual differences, and human motivation, particularly as they pertain to family dynamics.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually , consistent with your experience and qualifications.
