Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic support through individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' psychological needs, crafting personalized treatment plans aimed at addressing specific emotional and relational difficulties.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client progress and therapeutic interventions to ensure compliance with state regulations and internal standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement integrated care strategies that address both mental health and primary care needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Mending Within, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds and age groups. You will work closely with clients experiencing a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Your ability to connect with and understand varying perspectives will be essential in providing effective care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of California.

• Strong clinical background, demonstrating proficiency in providing therapy to diverse populations.

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills, coupled with a strong capacity for empathy and interpersonal relationships.

Compensation and Benefits\n
