Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using a combination of in-person and telehealth formats to ensure flexibility and accessibility for clients.

• Designing and implementing personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

• Efficiently managing a caseload by keeping thorough clinical documentation and utilizing electronic health record systems under the support of dedicated administrative staff.

• Participating in regular clinical consultation groups and peer support circles to enhance clinical skills and provide mutual support.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive care for clients and address their mental health needs holistically.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as an LMFT at Mindzen Psychiatry, you'll work with a diverse client base spanning various demographics and backgrounds. Your practice will include supporting individuals and families dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. The combination of virtual and in-person service options allows us to cater specifically to the unique needs of our patients, ensuring they receive empathetic and tailored support.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current California LMFT license is required; pre-licensed applicants may also consider related roles within the organization for potential growth.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, or another related field is mandatory.

• A minimum of 1 year of post-licensure experience in an outpatient or community mental health setting demonstrates clinical competency.
