Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, addressing clients' emotional and psychological needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma-related issues. Our clinical practice serves various populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from different cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. We encourage therapists to utilize culturally competent practices to establish rapport and promote effective outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

Preferred Experience\n

While the essential qualifications include being an LMFT with at least two years of clinical experience, preference will be given to candidates with specialization in trauma-informed care, play therapy, and experience working with LGBTQIA+ populations. Familiarity with teletherapy is advantageous, given the remote work setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience, in addition to a sign-on bonus.
