Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client mental health challenges and create tailored treatment plans.
\n
• Engage in individual and couples therapy, employing evidence-based techniques that foster personal growth and emotional well-being.
\n
• Collaborate with colleagues during team meetings, participating in group supervision and one-on-one check-ins with your clinical supervisor to ensure high-quality standards of care.

• Establish and monitor therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, regularly tracking their progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.

• Provide teletherapy services to reach clients who may face mobility challenges or prefer remote consultations.
\n
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to ethical and legal standards of practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on delivering compassionate, client-centered therapy to a diverse range of populations. The LMFT will work primarily with adults, including individuals, couples, and families, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and behavioral concerns in children and adolescents. We prioritize creating inclusive environments for all clients, recognizing and adapting to their unique backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current, valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations is highly valued.

• Ability to provide both individual and couples therapy in a compassionate, culturally competent manner.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with teletherapy and familiarity with digital health tools is a plus.

• Training or certification in specific therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Family Systems Therapy, is desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 101,000 annually, commensurate with experience and productivity. Our attractive compensation package includes:
