Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate patients' mental health, history, and current challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at promoting mental health and emotional well-being.

• Coordinate care among multidisciplinary teams, working collaboratively to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

• Document all client interactions accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining compliance with medical record policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve adult and geriatric populations, with the potential to expand services to child and adolescent clients in the future. You will work with individuals facing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California is mandatory.
