Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based telehealth sessions with adult clients, utilizing various therapeutic approaches including psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and emotionally-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and your peers to develop comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring holistic care for our clients.

• Utilize automatically generated symptom self-assessments and functional improvement measures to monitor and adapt treatment plans effectively.
\n
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation through our user-friendly therapist portal, streamlining administrative tasks so that you can concentrate on patient care.

• Engage in consultative support with the Therapy Leadership Team as needed to ensure the highest standards of care.
\n
• Strictly adhere to HIPAA regulations and security protocols to protect patient confidentiality and information.
\n
• Create and implement individualized assessments and comprehensive treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse adult population (13 years and older) with a variety of mental health challenges. Our clients come from various cultural backgrounds, allowing you to apply your interpersonal skills to establish meaningful connections and tailor your therapeutic approach to meet their specific needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted State license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.
