Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Collaboratively developing tailored treatment plans that address individual client needs, goals, and preferences.
\n
• Employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate client progress.

• Providing education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Monitoring client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and maintaining thorough documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care for clients.

• Participating in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals and families affected by mood disorders, including those experiencing depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Additionally, you will provide crucial support to marginalized groups such as homeless individuals, refugees, and survivors of domestic abuse, offering them hope and effective coping strategies. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
