Key Responsibilities\n

• Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, including Child and Family team sessions focused on treatment planning, reviews, and staff trainings to foster collaborative approaches to client care.

• Conduct thorough client assessments to develop individualized treatment plans, ensuring that all documentation, including treatment updates and discharge reports, is completed accurately and submitted in accordance with agency timelines.

• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality by meticulously managing client records and ensuring privacy is respected at every stage of the therapeutic process.

• Utilize your diagnostic expertise to assess the developmental milestones and psychological needs of children and adolescents, creating tailored strategies to guide treatment.

• Implement effective treatment approaches grounded in both evidence-based practices and the unique needs of your clients, continually assessing progress and adjusting strategies as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children, adolescents, and their families who may be experiencing a variety of emotional and behavioral challenges. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an attractive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
