Key Responsibilities\n

In your capacity as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will encounter a wide array of responsibilities that are essential for providing outstanding patient care, including:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will involve working with adult and geriatric clients who may present a range of mental health challenges. As the service expands, you may also engage with child and adolescent populations, tailoring your therapeutic approaches to meet their unique developmental needs. Our emphasis on outpatient practices ensures that you can work closely with clients on their paths to recovery, providing ongoing support in a familiar and comfortable environment.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, the following qualifications are essential:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
