This position is primarily remote, providing convenience and flexibility to both our therapists and clients. Our outpatient office facilitates in-person therapy sessions when necessary, ensuring that all client interactions are meaningful and outcome-focused. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, either remotely or within our outpatient office, targeting various mental health issues.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address and reduce high-risk behaviors, guiding clients toward healthier coping strategies.

• Work closely with the Child Family Treatment Team and interdisciplinary professionals to create a robust support network for youth and families.
\n
• Help improve decision-making skills among youth and their caretakers, addressing in-home behavioral challenges through positive behavior support.
\n
• Oversee all documentation needs, including client intakes, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring timely submission and compliance.
\n
• Participate actively in monthly meetings, sharing insights and recommendations for program improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on serving a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Our therapists are equipped to handle a range of issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and behavioral challenges in youth. By fostering a strengths-based approach, our therapists empower clients to enhance their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Family Therapy, or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted LMFT license is mandatory.

• A commitment to work availability for a minimum of 5-10 hours per week during after-school hours from 4 PM to 7 PM.

• Experience in applying positive behavior support methodologies effectively is essential.
\n
• A valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle for transportation is required.
\n
• Candidates must clear a comprehensive criminal background check, which includes fingerprinting.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of relevant experience in a clinical or therapeutic setting is preferred.

• Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage a diverse range of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
