Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and group therapy sessions for clients facing a wide array of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care to develop tailored treatment plans for each client.

• Carry out comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs and establish appropriate therapeutic goals and objectives.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in compliance with state regulations and best practices, tracking progress and modifying treatment strategies as necessary.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client cases, share insights, and develop coordinated care strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience.
