Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions through both face-to-face and teletherapy modalities to address a wide array of psychological issues.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of clients, adapting strategies as progress is made.

• Document clinical notes and treatment progress promptly in our electronic health records system, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in regular collaboration meetings with fellow clinicians to share insights, strategies, and foster a unified treatment approach for our clients.

• Remain proactive in pursuing continuing education opportunities and stay up-to-date with the latest therapeutic techniques and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will connect with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational conflicts. You will also work with families navigating significant life transitions, all within a therapeutic context that emphasizes dignity, respect, and individualized care. Understanding and accommodating clients’ unique backgrounds and experiences will be fundamental to your success.

Qualifications\n

• An active LMFT license in the state of Washington is required to begin work at Aspiria.

• A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field to ensure comprehensive clinical skill-set.

• Demonstrated competencies in therapeutic practices, particularly with diverse populations.
\n
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills necessary to build rapport with clients and maintain thorough documentation.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring accurate and efficient patient data management.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in outpatient settings, enhancing your ability to address complex client needs effectively.

• Familiarity with contemporary therapy modalities such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR is a plus, showcasing your versatility as a clinician.

Compensation and Benefits\n
